A Legacy of Flavor: Jam’s Story
Jam grew up in Thailand, where her family owned a restaurant and food was a central part of life. She has fond memories of cooking alongside her mother, who passed down traditional Thai recipes and a love for healthy, flavorful dishes. After a career in Computer Technology, Jam returned to her passion for Thai cuisine. She worked in several Portland-area Thai restaurants and now proudly carries on her family’s legacy by opening Thai Chili Jam.
